We played this tonight! It's a worker placement game where the longer a worker stays in one spot, the bigger the reward. The board has gears that you move forward each round to simulate the passing of time. It's really cool, a bit crunchy, but I'm excited to play it again soon. #boardgame #gamenight

Yeah! The workers are pegs and they sit on the gears. Time passes, and they move to different positions.
